Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting jobs (internal/external) to extending offers.
* High-Volume Sourcing: Develop innovative, proactive strategies to find talent for high-turnover resort operations, including social media, job fairs, and school partnerships.
* Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct phone/video screens, and assess candidates' fit based on skills and cultural alignment.
* Stakeholder Management: Partner with resort department managers to understand staffing needs, provide market data, and offer hiring recommendations.
* Administrative & Compliance: Maintain ATS data accuracy, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage pre-employment screenings.
Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting, preferably within hospitality, hotels, or resorts.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, hospitality, or related field is often preferred.
